A logo that we design can cost anywhere from $150-$750, while most reside in the $250-$300 range. It depends on how many revisions you need. Is it 2 colors, 3 colors, just black and white? Does it need to be delivered in vector format for large scale applications? and so on... We will give you a fair custom quote!

After your website is built, there may be continued expenses depending on the goals of that particular website.

Hosting

The files that make up the website need to be hosted on a server. We prefer that you use our hosting services for sites that we create to avoid problems and shortcomings of some other hosting providers. Here's Why:

• Our hosting fee is very affordable at just $29.97 per month. This includes pretty much anything your site will need as far as space, bandwith, email accounts, databases, etc. However for sites expecting EXTREMELY HIGH amount of traffic, we will custom build a package that suites your needs.
• One might think of this as the same way you have to pay a monthly phone or cable TV bill
• If you already have hosting provider we suggest switching to our services if we are building a new site for you. However, we understand you may have a prior contract commitment to that hosting company so we will work on their servers.

Website Maintenance and Updates

We setup most of our sites using a Content Management System (CMS) so you are able to easily edit the content on your website. (We include instructions) However, sometimes you may want to add text, images, or other content which you do not have the knowledge to do. We can do this for you at our hourly rate of $44/hour.

Some companies have an hour minimum in which they bill you for a whole hour even if it only takes 20 minutes. We don't think this is fair to the client! You will only pay for the time we actually spend working on your site. Any maintenance on your site will be invoiced and emailed to you on the last day of that month. Late invoice payments are subject to a $25 late fee and will be added to the next month's invoice.

Our Process:

1. First submit a request for a free website, graphic or SEO quote. Please be very detailed in this step to help us give you the most accurate quote.
2. We will send you an estimate for your project along with our suggestions and ideas for making your project as successfull as possible.
3. You can review our proposal and request additions, subtractions, and revisions. We will then settle on a final proposal.
4. We will draw up a contract for the project. We usually require a 50% down-payment for most projects, but we are willing to work with businesses on a limited budget.
5. Once the contract has been returned to us and the initial down payment has been cleared, we will begin development of your project.
6. We will complete initial design drafts for your approval.
7. You send us revisions until you like the way it looks and we can finalize the drafts.
8. If a website, we will then develop your site according to your specifications.
9. You will review our work when it is complete and send revisions
10. We fill finalize your revisions and send the remaining invoice balance for your project. Balance is due upon reciept.

Low interest payment plans are available for businesses on a limited budget.
We frequently work with start-up businesses who have limited funds. A payment plan contract can be drawn up if necessary for large web projects.
